Former Springbok rugby player, Joel Stransky took time out yesterday afternoon (19 March) to give back to the Worcester community after successfully completing Stage 4 with Liqui-Fruit teammate, SA road cyclist Anriëtte Schoeman.

After a long day in the saddle and securing a top ten spot, Stransky received a hero’s welcome at Siyafuneka Primary School where he donated bicycles on behalf of his charity, the LumoHawk Foundation. The Foundation’s main focus is on the educational needs of underprivileged children. Liqui-Fruit joined Stransky and donated a year’s supply of fruit juice to the school.
