The MILLE GT Bib Shorts S11 is Assos’s core endurance short, refined to give everyday riders the comfort and durability needed for long miles. The S11 update introduces a lighter QUARTZ body textile that keeps the short breathable and quick-drying while maintaining a structured, body-contoured fit. The result is a regularFit short that layers easily under jerseys and stays composed over sustained use.

Construction focuses on stability and comfort. The rollBar bib strap bracing, adapted from Assos’s racing range, helps lock the insert in place so the saddle contact point remains consistent during climbs, sprints and changes of position. A zeroPressure waist construction provides security without pinching, while the refined leg band uses PILtec microdot silicone grip to hold the hem in place in both wet and dry conditions. Length has been subtly extended for a modern silhouette and improved thigh coverage.

Assos applies its GT S11 insert engineering to balance long-ride damping and breathability. The platform uses a 12 mm compressive foam core with a 3D Waffle perforated layer to reduce weight and increase airflow. goldenGate 2.0 free-floating construction and targeted Sundeck Tec panels reduce friction and pressure across the pedal stroke so the pad moves with the rider rather than against them.
